We've built our site with the aim of making online shopping quick and easy. We hope these instructions will help you get started. Please contact us if you have any comments or feel there are any improvements we can make to our site.

We take the privacy extremely seriously. Any information you provide us with will not be shared with any other organisation unless we are required to do so by a court of law. If you wish to be removed from our database please send your request by email to remove@postoptics.co.uk or call our customer services team on 0845 200 0055.

The menu on your left divides our products into two categories, Contact Lenses and Solutions & Eye Care. To see the items within these categories, click on the type of contact lens or solution that you are looking for. The products available then appear in this centre window along with a thumbnail image to help you recognise the item you require. Clicking onto an individual item brings that up in the main window with the different pack sizes and prices shown. If you know the brand of the item you require, you may prefer to click on List by Brand at the top of the menu and then select the brand you require from the drop down list.

Alternatively, rather than using our menu system to find the product you are looking for, you can use our search engine.

1. Click inside the text box in the top right corner of the screen.

2. Type in the box what you think are key words for the product, brand or type of product you are looking for.

3. Click on the arrow symbol or just press Enter. Our search engine will then search our database and produce a list of links relevant to your search term.

4. To see a picture and full description of a product simply click your mouse on one of the links

You can see what's in your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the Shopping Basket link on the top right hand side of the screen. You may amend the quantity for Solutions & Eye Care items and press confirm. You can remove the item completely by clicking on the dustbin symbol to the left of the item. Each time you add an item to your order, you will see details, pricing and any discounts or offers shown on in your basket.

Click on the Checkout link at the top right of the screen or the Proceed to Checkout button at the bottom of your Shopping Basket. New customers will need to register with an email address and password at this point. Existing customers can login and we will only request those details not already on our system. Finally, you will see an Order Review where you can check everything before confirming your order.

Once processed you will have the opportunity to print an order confirmation. We will also send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order.
